Most MSP’s will provide you with a list of all services they cover. At IT Connect we will help you compile this as you migrate to our firm. This list will include credentials, monthly expenses on tech, licensing, credentials and more. Sounds complicated and time consuming, we know, but we are here to help make this easier and will help in the process.
Most MSP’s moved away from the hourly pricing model to a more consistent and predictable monthly fee. Each PC needs at least 2 hours of maintenance and updates per month (Microsoft updates, virus scans, software maintenance, etc) and our fee accounts for that. You get the same bill every month.
We get it. As you move to IT Connect we will work with your previous vendor to ensure a smooth transition to our services with minimal headache.
